Biography
Danish Dance/Electronic music producer living in Copenhagen.
A. Myrén has always had a great passion for music. She started producing electronic music in 2003, and like some other electronic music producers, she was neither able to read sheet music nor play an instrument. With very little technical experience and modest equipment, she threw herself headlong into the universe of music production. To this day she still tries to take pride in producing music under modest conditions. Right up to the mastering phase, the music is produced on an tiny ordinary laptop, in her home.
From 2004 she was ready to publish her first musicproductions on various music sites like Magix, SoundClick, Myspace with more, where she quickly got on their internal charts. In 2006, and with far too little knowledge and preparation, A. Myrén began to release her music via Danish DiGiDi, where the song "Ecstasy (Renewalmix)" in 2007, was in the top 10 most downloaded, on the then TDC music service "support my music" for unsigned artists in Denmark, and at the same time was number # 1 on the American music site SoundClick. However, she never really managed to get through with the releases, which she since have taken down.
In 2013, A. Myrén released the album "Extend Loud and Proud", which is a remastered re-release of previous music, via TuneCore. After that, she started to spent most of her time building her YouTube channel. Apart from the song "XR Civil Disobedience", which was specifically made for a video by Extinction Rebellion Denmark in 2018, seven years would have to pass before she was ready with a new production for release. Final after the seven-year hiatus, A. Myrén came back in 2020 with the single "Erato Rock", and started to nurture her passion for creating music again. July 2022 she released the single ”T. Cu 29”, and now currently, June 2, the single "T. Ag 47".
A. Myrén has been creatively active most of her life, and in her spare time has done everything from painting pictures and drawing to photography and video production. She is a trained animator assistant, and has briefly worked in the field, on commercials and a cartoon movie. A. Myrén lives in Vanløse in Copenhagen, but was born and raised in Svendborg on Funen.
